One standout feature (for the area) is their baking method—they fully bake their pizzas to a golden-brown perfection, unlike many other places in the Lancaster area that lean towards under-baked, pale pies. The slices are baked on a screen, creating a foldable, soft center with a crispy cornicione (crust edge).
Cheese Slice
The plain cheese slice was simple yet satisfying. The sauce took center stage with its bold, herb-forward flavor and a touch of garlic. It was well-balanced with good-quality mozzarella that wasn’t overly greasy, making it an enjoyable classic.
