The Atlantic City Pizza Convention attracts some of the Northeast USA’s most talented pizza makers. It’s a fun event where pizzaoili prepare and bake their best pizzas and they are critiqued and scored by judges. It’s like a giant episode of competition like you’d see on the food network.
NEPA Pizza Review attended this event for the 2nd consecutive year. Although I didn’t compete among my colleagues, there was plenty of opportunities to make pizza on a big stage! I also got the chance to film several of my friends who were competing and you can check out those videos below!
