Berwick is a town that I don’t get to very often, but I do receive many recommendations for pizza down that way, and Tuzzi Baking Co. is one of a handful that consistently is suggested by readers for me to try. Although I still haven’t made it down to Tuzzi in person, I did have the opportunity to have the pizza delivered up our way thanks to some help from Pizza Ron and a very gracious business owner.

Tuzzi’s website says that it was founded in 1919 by Angelo and Maria Tuzzi and that the bakery is still family owned and operated to this day. They pride themselves on baking fresh dough pizza and specialize in Italian bread, rolls, pizza shells, and pastries. I would encourage you to check out Tuzzi’s About Us page because it is a fascinating read!
