Pie Oh My Wood-Fired Pizzas – You’d Never Know They Were Frozen!

According to the website, Pie Oh My “are pizza lovers who have combined our experience in the pizzeria industry and our expertise in wood fired style pizza to bring you Pie Oh My. We are equipped with food trucks, trailers, brick ovens, and tons of pecorino romano to make your party one of a kind. We are consistently striving to make pizza pies that make you say “Oh My!”

They sent me a few pizzas to put to the test and I have to tell you I was impressed with the quality of the ingredients, taste, and how well it reheated in my home oven. The really impressive thing was that after baking, I really couldn’t tell that this was a frozen pizza. It emitted the scent of a wood fired oven and delivered that flavor too. Overall, an amazing job on packing and shipping this without sacrificing quality!
