From the creators of Cafe Rinaldi in Old Forge comes Cucina Rinaldi in Moosic! Cucina Rinaldi is a convenient and awesome place to stop for a quick bite, grab and go meals, deli items, Italian dishes, homemade pasta and much more. It’s easily accessible off of Interstate 81 and features a drive through, take out, as well as dine-in options.

Let me break this pizza one down for you. First, the recipe of the Cucina Rinaldi tray is distinctly different than the Cafe Rinaldi tray with unique recipes crafted for each. The fresh crust made from house-made dough is slightly thicker than most other old forge pizzas and impossibly light and airy. Super fresh-tasting and flavorful sauce with an (optional) punch of onion flavor, with a cheese blend that doesn’t skimp on top! They didn’t go heavy on the cheese just for me, I watched another tray go out before I ordered and every ready made pizza in the case had the same amount of cheese. This pizza is the thickest, lightest, cheesiest Old Forge Tray of them all!
