On it’s own, it looks like a takeout or delivery joint, but add in the vibrant brewery atmosphere which makes it a standout destination for those seeking both great and beer. I stopped by to try a Detroit and a round pizza while passing through in interstate 81.

My Rad Pies Experience

In my latest visit to Rad Pies, I had the pleasure of trying two of their signature offerings:

Detroit Style Pizza with Pepperoni: This pizza featured a thick, pillowy crust with a slightly crisp bottom and a super crispy frico cheese edge. The caramelized cheese is truly one of the most delicious bites of any pizza in my opinion. The sauce was bold and tangy with plenty of flavor. And the cup n char pepperoni is a must add to Detroit Pizza in my opinion.
Round Cheese Pizza: Sometimes, simplicity is key. This classic round cheese pizza was baked to perfection, with a golden, crispy crust and just the right amount of gooey cheese and a natural tasting, but moderately seasoned sauce bursting with flavor.
