Wind Creek Casino in Bethlehem is a beautifully renovated facility near the former industrial steel factory. It features an expansive hotel, casino, restaurants, bar and more. It’s also located in a historic and charming area which constantly has arts and entertainment festivals and concerts going on.
I recently stayed at Wind Creek Hotel with friends and was hanging out late night at the sports book. I had worked up an appetite and noticed that it offered flatbread pizza on the menu. Flatbreads are typically not my forte, but it was late and this pizza was available to order. I placed my order with the friendly bartender and added pepperoni to the flatbread.
Pizza Loaded With Toppings
The pizza actually came out looking much better than expected. It looked more like a regular pizza than a typical flatbread. The edge crust was baked to a deep golden brown. There was a pile of cheese on top along with plenty of pepperoni. They also slathered on a generous amount of sauce too. This personal pizza certainly didn’t lack on toppings.
The Perfect Late Night Snack
So for someone looking for a late night snack, quantity of ingredients, and not getting totally price gouged, this did meet my expectations. The flatbread absolutely gave me cafeteria pizza vibes with a decent cheese, canned sauce with a generous amount of garlic powder in it, and a basic crust that was soft and chewy. In other words, it got the job done. Nothing to write home about, but a great snack when it was needed!
While the pizza won’t win any awards, I do highly recommend checking out Wind Creek Casino in Bethlehem as it’s a beautiful, fresh, new looking facility located in an area with plenty of fun experiences.
