How Much Dough fits in Each Tray?
Internal dimensions of each tray are 16″ long x 11″ wide x 2.75″ high. The trays easily accommodate 6 – 250 gram dough balls. For reference, a 250 gram ball will make approximately a 12 inch pizza so the set will hold enough dough to make a dozen 12 inch pies.
The dough trays nest neatly into one another to form an airtight seal. The lid also fits cleanly into the top of the tray to keep air out and moisture in. The included scraper is very handy for cutting dough, scraping the counter after making dough or using flour, or for lifting dough out of the tray. This scraper is a useful tool with a variety of uses.
