Doylestown Italian Market Has Everything a Foodie Would Want and More!

Altomonte’s Market in Doylestown, PA was a spot I visited on the recommendation of a friend who said they had fantastic Roman Style Pizza.  Given my friend’s incredible track record of great recommendations I had high expectations, but when I arrived at Altomonte’s I was absolutely blown away! The Italian market is stocked from floor to ceiling, corner to corner with some of the best Italian ingredients in the world!  I took a lap around the store without putting anything because it was so overwhelming with the selection.  I wanted to take home one of everything, because there were so many items that I didn’t have access to at home and wanted to try.  The grocery store was just the beginning, they also featured a ton of house-made items like sauces, stromboli’s frozen pizzas, heat and serve entrees, and way too much more to mention here.  They have a deli area, a wine section, outdoor and indoor seating to eat, a bakery, a roman-style pizzeria and the list goes on!
