How to Make the Ultimate Philly Cheesesteak Pizza!
I call this “Wiz Wit” inspired by the proper way to order onions on a cheesesteak in Philadelphia. This is a double-crusted pizza stuffed with four kinds of cheese, a ton of steak, onions, and whole lot of love. I made this in honor of my beloved Philadelphia Eagles playing in the Super Bowl and it was a huge hit. Some may think that the Cheese Whiz would be gross, but it added so much texture, kept it moist and prevented the pizza from congealing.
